Awakening the Feeling Heart
featuring Transformational Breath® and Happy Breathing®
This retreat will help you get in touch with your feelings using heart-mind coherence tools and will also integrate emotions with Transformational Breath®. You will breathe every day, starting with an introductory workshop on Thursday, and every day, we will have three breathing sessions. This is a powerful opening of the heart weekend retreat, one we are excited to share with you.
Once you register, we will send you several videos and sites you can visit to give you more information and get ready for Transformational Breath® and the Happy Breathing experience.
BONUS: You will receive an email with a breath meditation that you can use to guide you in your daily practice after the event.
No prerequisites for this event. Wear comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict breathing. Mats will be provided. Please bring 2-4 pillows and a water bottle, and a favorite blanket.

I fully release the Transformational Breath® Foundation and Happy Breathing® or any of its agents from any liability for what may or may not occur during my Transformational Breath® Session. I also understand that if I am running a fever or have any symptoms of illness that I will contact the host to reschedule.

Refund Policy:
Event Cancellation
If Event is cancelled, all tuition is fully refunded.
If you cancel less than 72 hours before the event or are a "no show", you may be charged a $35 cancellation fee. The remainder of the funds can be transferable.
Transferable
If Event is not cancelled, tuition deposits and payments for Training events become Transferable but are Not Refundable:
-Can transfer the funds to a future event of the same type (e.g. Seminar for another Seminar).
-Event must be led by the same Senior Trainer.
-Transfer is valid for 12 months. (Time extensions permitted if no other applicable event is offered within the time span).
-Not transferable to another person.
-Upgrades: May be transferred to an "upgraded event" (e.g. From weekend Reclaim Your Breath™ to 6-day Seminar).
